EYE OF THE STORM
The center;
calm, steady,
not touched
by the outer storm
of 'reality'.
Be aware
of the hurricane,
to see the eye,
the heart
of Self.
I,
in the 'shelter'
of body,
in the cyclone
of mind.
Then,
with whatever
intensity
the winds may blow,
you keep your I open.
